Delivery Information

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Delivery will be made using :
o    J&T
 
DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER
o    Tracking No. will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
o    We usually ship within 3-5 working days after confirmation of payment.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL LOCATION
o    You can use the provided tracking code and key it into J&T website or just click the tracking link in your email.
 
DOMESTIC (MALAYSIA) SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY DURATIONS
o    We ship throughout Malaysia
o    Shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia is RM10.00 onwards.
o    For Sabah and Sarawak is RM12.00 onwards.
o    Shipping charges are quoted based on weight and will be automatically calculated during checkout.
o    Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 5 business days for Peninsula Malaysia and may take up to 7 business days for Sabah and Sarawak.
o    Our working day is Monday to Friday.
